Well planned, bright 2 bedroom apartment in central Arroyo de la Miel.  Balcony oriented towards southwest with nice views over the ocean och the mountains, furthermore, communal parking and pool.  Large, open living room facing west, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a big kitchen.  It's nice and quiet despite the fact that it's situated just around the corner from the pedestrian street of Arroyo de la Miel with all its commerce.  Very low monthly costs and parking included in the price.  The location is outstanding, with short walking distance to everything; only 200-300 m to bus stops and the local train connecting Fuengirola with Malaga.  The beautiful Paloma park lies just 500 m away and the beach roughly a kilometer.  The train to Malaga takes about 30 min (24 km) and to the airport 20 min (12 km).  Very good rental potential.
